Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a return authorization number and a prepaid shipping label for eligible beverage returns.
- 3.Pack Your Items
Securely pack the unopened products in their original packaging to prevent breakage during transit and attach the provided shipping label.
- 4.Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned items at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
