How are the drinks packaged for shipping?
We use eco-friendly, reinforced insulated packaging to ensure your beverages arrive at the perfect temperature and remain protected from breakage during transit.
What is the shelf life of DrinkWell products?
Most of our cold-pressed juices and functional waters have a shelf life of 30 to 60 days when refrigerated. Please check the 'Best Before' date printed on each individual bottle.
Do you offer subscription plans?
Yes! You can subscribe to your favorite drinks and save 15% on every order. You can choose delivery frequencies of every week, two weeks, or monthly.
Are your bottles recyclable?
Absolutely. All DrinkWell bottles are made from 100% BPA-free, recyclable PET or glass. We encourage our customers to recycle locally to support a circular economy.
What is your return policy for food and drink items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
